1912 Gobron-Brillié 12 CV Rothschild Skiff

The 1912 Gobron-Brillié 12 CV Rothschild Skiff was a luxurious automobile manufactured by the French company Gobron-Brillié. It was named after Baroness Rothschild, who was known for her extravagant taste in cars.

The car was powered by a 4-cylinder, 3.6-liter engine that produced 12 horsepower. It had a top speed of around 50 miles per hour and featured a 4-speed manual transmission.

The Rothschild Skiff was designed with comfort in mind and had several luxurious features, including a spacious interior with plush seats, electric lighting, and a telephone. The car also had a unique "skiff" body style, which was characterized by a low, sleek profile with a pointed front and rounded rear.

Despite its luxury features, the Rothschild Skiff was not a commercial success and only a few dozen were produced. Today, the surviving models are highly sought after by collectors and enthusiasts of classic automobiles.
